When Cheryl first walked into the gym, she was hesitant.

Here are six simple habits that can make a huge difference:

1. Move your body
It doesn’t have to be intense. Just move. Your mood and energy will thank you.

Small nutrition choices add up. Fuel yourself in a way that supports how you want to feel.

3. Create something
Progress counts as creation — building strength, trying new skills, or working on a personal goal.

4. Learn something

🎄 The 12 Days of Christmas WOD at CrossFit Gunnedah! 🎅🔥

Every year we wrap up the season with our biggest, most feel-good workout of the year — our very own 12 Days of Christmas WOD.

If you’ve never seen this one before, it works just like the song:
You complete movement 1… then 2 + 1… then 3 + 2 + 1… all the way up to 12.
It’s fun, challenging, and packed with laughs — the perfect mix of fitness and festive chaos.

But the real highlight?
💙 The community atmosphere.
This session brings everyone together — long-time members, newer faces, families watching on — and the energy in the gym is unreal.

After the workout we roll straight into our end-of-year presentations, celebrating:
